- Mayor and retinue. Dapper moth-eaten wool suits, bowler hats weighted with stones to be good throwing weapons, razors sewn on the brim. Wants the Town Sash before midnight tomorrow night.
- A Swamp Witch. Wants the Town Sash and 12 Great Pies to summon a whirlwind.
